Why online coaching?

 

For many people, getting to the gym for a specific time can be challenging and having a personal training session multiple times per week can become expensive. The great thing about online coaching with me, is that you get all the benefits of having 1-2-1 sessions without having to commit to certain days and times of the week. The training can be done to your own schedule at the location of your choice, even if that is from the comfort of your own home.

Just like my personal training clients, my goal is always to help people change their mindset towards fitness and nutrition to enable them to have long-term success.


What you get…

 

Online coaching with me includes a fully tailored training program, specific to your goals, experience and ability. These programs can be performed anywhere you like, whether that is from a fully equipped gym or at home with little to no equipment. You will also receive a nutrition guide and meal plan, which is bespoke to you and your dietary requirements. Every week we will have planned check-ins to discuss any changes or adaptations we may need to make and to monitor your progress. I will also be available 24/7 for any questions and queries you may have.


Prerequisites…

 

All you need to do upon signing up with my online coaching, is fill out a short questionnaire to aid me in creating the best possible program and nutrition plan for you. I also offer a free consultation, that can be held via phone, email or SMS, to discuss any questions you or I may have and explain exactly how you are going to achieve your goals.
